He began his legal career in the personal injury sector in 2003, working as an assistant for a personal injury attorney in Beverly Hills.

Over his 17-year career as an attorney, Mr. Ibarra has amassed millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts, demonstrating his commitment to justice and his clients' well-being. He has tried multiple cases to jury verdict, including a recent $578,000 verdict in Riverside from a slip-and-fall incident resulting in a torn meniscus. In 2020, Mr. Ibarra and his client successfully challenged the United States Postal Service after a postal truck injured a wife, mother, and devoted employee of an international church organization. Despite a contentious trial and aggressive defense by the U.S. Government, a federal judge awarded $670,000, primarily for pain and suffering, upholding the principles of justice and the separation of powers embodied in the U.S. Constitution. Steven is dedicated to advancing trial advocacy, with a particular focus on implementing new technologies in the courtroom to engage juries and ensure justice is served. His love for music and being on stage has greatly influenced his ability to tell compelling stories in front of juries, a skill honed from years of performing with his punk rock band, Whole 9 Yards, where he played guitar and captivated nightclub audiences.
